Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities with U.S.-based clients and consultants
• Explain company services and opportunities to potential candidates and partners
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from outreach to closure
• Attend client meetings and discussions through Google Meet
• Maintain accurate records of communications and sales activities
• Achieve monthly targets and performance KPIs
• Coordinate with recruitment and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations

Key Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US Time Zone)
• Prior experience in Sales, Customer Support, or Recruitment is preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
